of 7/12/38. There is also the suggestion that
a meeting should be convened at which a
representative of the Foreign Office and the
Treasury should be invited to be present with
Mr. Morse and Mr. Masson. I should like to
discuss this further with Mr.Mayhew and Mr. Cowell
in the first instance.
